Our recent achievement involves the replacement of a three-story car wash building, which includes an ancillary cafe, car accessories shop, workshop, staff room, store, offices, and conference rooms on a major commercial route in Orpington.

Look out for one of our latest successful planning projects on Lewisham High Street. We won our client permission to construct a rear extension at second floor level, a mansard roof extension and the provision of 2 x two-bedroom, three-person self contained flats.

We’re thrilled to have won planning permission for our client in Hastings who was looking to maximise their office building. We won retrospective change of use from offices (Class E) to a large 9 room HMO with a maximum number of 9 occupants (Sui Generis) for the whole building including basement

We’re excited to have won commercial planning permission for a change of use from a laundrette in Park Parade Hillingdon, to help our customer to maximise their business. They changed the use of their business from a laundrette to a mixed use comprising hot food takeaway and laundrette. This involved the installation of a new shop front and extract flue to rear.

We’re delighted to have won planning approval in Hillingdon for this large scale commercial project, that includes:

  • Conversion of roof space to habitable use to include a rear dormer and the insertion of 4 front rooflights (Application for a Certificate of Lawful Development for a Proposed Development).
  • Single storey outbuilding to rear for use as a home office (Application for a Certificate of Lawful Development for a Proposed Development)
  • Single storey rear extension which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 6 metres, for which the maximum height would be 2.76 metres, and for which the height of the eaves would be 2.56 metre

In this large scale commercial and residential project in West Ealing, we have successfully secured planning approval for the construction of an additional second and third floor to create eight self-contained residential units.
