We’re delighted to have helped our client to build the house of their dreams by winning them planning permission for a single-storey rear extension in Tunbridge Wells. This was particularly tricky as the building was already constructed before applying for permission, but through the strength of our planning knowledge we found a way for this extension to be approved by the council.
