We are a small independent special school in a rural setting and contacted Lyondale in February 24 asking for assistance with an appeal against a planning decision which meant we might lose our much needed staff room. Alex was able to meet with us quickly to get to know the school and our needs and liaised with the local planning department. Lyondale then prepared our appeal and ensured we met all the deadlines throughout the appeal process. We were updated at every stage and we finally received confirmation that the appeal was approved in November 24. We highly recommend this company.

This company has been crucial in resolving a planning issue we had with a single story garden room. All employees of the firm were very polite and attentive. Having had to deal withthe council who were not helpful at all, we had to go to appeal with the inspectorate in Bristol, even though we submiited planning and paid for building control due to the area we live in being a conservation area. Lyondale were instrumental in helping us get approval without any amendements to the single story build. They were very reasonable on their fees and worth every penny. I highly recommend then as a firm!!

I'm very impressed. I did an initial appeal and 1 building planning application and was so happy with the service I received Lyondale have now been given all our business planning applications/building reg drawings for Bristant Investments Ltd. Really quick, efficient service and most importantly they are very good communicators and keep you updated without you having to chase the. Alex is very knowledgeable. My neighbour objected for my first floor applications with the reasons which were not valid some are no one has done first floor in my area, it bulky and make the look unsightly. After speaking to Alex he suggested my designs are modest and high possibility of appeal being success. Alex prepared the appeal and submitted. Lyondale team kept me upto date with the progress from submission till decision. The decision given was in my favour. So a big thanks to Alex and his team.
